I’m on both - I just started vraylar - but have been on a very low dose. So far on vraylar and mix with what I’m on right now I’ve felt pretty good! I’m on a large dose of Effexor XR and 3 mg of Vraylar. If I had to make a choice between those two I would take the Vraylar. Vraylar itself didn’t do much for me, but pristiq is helping me.
